Woven with Passion since 2002

We are a family owned and operated business since 2002. Located near the airport and Mānawa Bay Outlet Centre in North Island, New Zealand. The inspiration for the company came from the excellent breeds of alpaca and sheep grazing in our natural meadows, abundant with rich grass.

We always carefully select high quality alpaca and wool to make our comfortable duvets. We strive to create a quality range of alpaca and wool filled products in New Zealand, designed specifically for New Zealand conditions.

Alpaca Fleece

"Soft Gold"

Alpaca is a scarce animal in the global animal stock. Their fleece is the best natural fiber in the world. It has been called "soft gold".

Alpaca fleece is the natural fiber harvested from an alpaca. It is similar to sheep's wool, but it is warmer and lighter, and has no lanolin or lipids, which makes it hypoallergenic. Alpaca fleece is soft, breathable, durable, luxurious, and silky.

It is naturally water-repellent and fire resistant. Using Alpaca fleece makes a duvet that is dry and hollow, making it inhospitable to mites that ordinarily nest in foam, polyester, and down.
