Alpaca fleece is naturally around 25% warmer and lighter than sheep’s wool, providing a superior sleep experience without unnecessary bulk. Care Instructions
This alpaca duvet is dry-clean only and should not be machine washed.
For small marks, gently spot clean using minimal water.

We strongly recommend airing the duvet in the sun for 1–2 days periodically to refresh and maintain loft and freshness.

KIWI WOOL abides by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act for any faulty or damaged items. If a product is found to be faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide an appropriate remedy.
If you receive a faulty item, incorrect item, or wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. Even if the item has been opened, or your request falls outside the standard 7-day return timeframe, we encourage you to get in touch so we can review your situation.
All returns require a Returns Authorisation Form to accompany the item. Once the return has been received and approved, a refund or credit note will be issued within 14 working days.
International Returns
