Filled with 100% New Zealand premium wool, this duvet is designed for extra-warm comfort during colder winter nights. Wool is a naturally insulating and breathable fibre that helps regulate body temperature, keeping you warm without overheating.
When conditions are cool or damp, wool naturally draws away excess moisture, helping to maintain a dry and comfortable sleep environment. The wool used in this duvet has been double-washed without added chemical agents, removing most natural lanolin and plant residues while preserving the fibre’s natural performance.
Naturally anti-bacterial and non-allergenic, wool fibres inhibit the growth of bacteria, promoting a cleaner and healthier sleep. Encased in a 100% cotton outer cover with embroidered detailing, this duvet is soft, breathable, durable, and beautifully finished.

Care Instructions
This wool duvet is dry-clean only and should not be machine washed.
For small marks, gently spot clean using minimal water.
Avoid excessive moisture to preserve the natural performance of the wool fibres.
The duvet is vacuum packed for delivery. Once received, remove packaging and allow it to expand naturally over 24–48 hours.
We strongly recommend airing the duvet in the sun for 1–2 days to refresh, restore loft, and maintain freshness.

KIWI WOOL abides by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act for any faulty or damaged items. If a product is found to be faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide an appropriate remedy.
If you receive a faulty item, incorrect item, or wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. Even if the item has been opened, or your request falls outside the standard 7-day return timeframe, we encourage you to get in touch so we can review your situation.
All returns require a Returns Authorisation Form to accompany the item. Once the return has been received and approved, a refund or credit note will be issued within 14 working days.
International Returns
All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international purchases.

I got one in October 2022, It is no smell and no wool come out, it is firm and even. I brought a double size a week ago, it is softer and fluffier more previous one , the new one is even more satisfying in terms of its softness and fluffiness. I am very pleased with the upgraded .

I bought this item in Macau three years ago. After returning to Europe, I searched for the brand online but mistakenly landed on a website that sells pet products . Later, my wife found the correct website , they were very helpful and offered to arrange overseas shipping. Although the brand only offers online delivery services to New Zealand, China, and Austria, we were able to receive the item last Friday. I’m happy to say that the duvet I received is just as comfortable as my original one.
