The wool used in this duvet has been double-washed without added chemical agents, removing most natural lanolin and plant residues while preserving the fibre’s natural performance.
Naturally anti-bacterial and non-allergenic, wool fibres inhibit the growth of bacteria, promoting a cleaner and healthier sleep. Encased in a 100% cotton outer cover with embroidered detailing, this duvet is soft, breathable, durable, and beautifully finished.

Care Instructions
This wool duvet is dry-clean only and should not be machine washed.
For small marks, gently spot clean using minimal water.
Avoid excessive moisture to preserve the natural performance of the wool fibres.
The duvet is vacuum packed for delivery. Once received, remove packaging and allow it to expand naturally over 24–48 hours.
We strongly recommend airing the duvet in the sun for 1–2 days to refresh, restore loft, and maintain freshness.

KIWI WOOL abides by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act for any faulty or damaged items. If a product is found to be faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide an appropriate remedy.
If you receive a faulty item, incorrect item, or wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. Even if the item has been opened, or your request falls outside the standard 7-day return timeframe, we encourage you to get in touch so we can review your situation.
All returns require a Returns Authorisation Form to accompany the item. Once the return has been received and approved, a refund or credit note will be issued within 14 working days.
International Returns
All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international purchases.
